Our Reviews
1) The Guide Omar couldn’t speak English well. Furthermore he was on his phone a lot did not give us any information about the nature.
2) The horses didn’t receive a treat after the ride. We would love to give them an apple for example. However, we really appreciate that the horses were sent back to the posture after the ride and they seemed very happy and content.
3) The biggest critic point is the ride to your place. As discussed we have booked an Uber to reach your place. We weren’t informed by you or your Homepage that we can’t reach your place with a usual car. The information about a bigger car with bigger wheels MUST be on your website. Our Uber driver broke his wheels on the track and we took more than 30 Min longer than your homepage said. We’ve called Omar from the Uber and asked about the street conditions and he didn’t mention anything about it. We strictly recommend that you put this information on your website.
Thanks for the amazing experience!
